Hello! This is daOn Sewing. Today, I would like to show you the Kansai Picot machine. In Korea, this is often referred to by various names such as "Pikko" or "Pincot." 이번에 납품해드린 KANSAI SPECIAL 간사이 스페셜 DPW-1302-W 입니다. 이번에 납품 해드린 제품은 단침으로 납품을 해드리게 되었습니다.

 

This is the KANSAI SPECIAL DPW-1302-W that we delivered this time. For this specific delivery, the product was supplied as a single-needle model.

 

 

 

 

 

예전에는 백일보(돌잔치 옷), 손수건, 여성복에 많이 사용을 했는데 최근에는 이렇게 랍바에도 작업을 하고 조금 특이하게 내 제품을 만드는 추세로 바뀌는 것 같습니다. 옷을 입더라도 상의/하의/신발/헤어스타일 등등 이렇게 모든 조화가 이루어지면 이쁘고 멋있듯이 봉제도 어떻게 사용하느냐에 따라 정말 다양한 제품이 나오게 되는 것 같습니다. 

 

In the past, this was widely used for traditional 100th-day clothes (first birthday outfits), handkerchiefs, and women’s wear. Recently, however, the trend seems to be shifting toward using it for lappers (binders) or creating unique, customized products.Just as an outfit looks beautiful and stylish when the top, bottom, shoes, and hairstyle are all in harmony, sewing can produce a truly wide variety of products depending on how it is utilized.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

저희 사무실은 서울인데 구입하신 업체는 대구에 위치한 공방이기 때문에 우선 기계부터 기름을 전부 빼내고, 내부까지 깨끗하게 닦아서 보내드렸습니다. 중고로 구입을 하셔도 최대한 받으셨을 때 기분이 좋고, 중고로 사도 괜찮네?? 라는 생각이 드실 수 있도록 노력을 하고 있습니다. 그래서 30분이면 끝날 일을 2시간동안 닦았습니다.

 

Since our office is located in Seoul and the purchasing client is a workshop in Daegu, we first drained all the oil from the machine and thoroughly cleaned the interior before shipping it.Even when purchasing used equipment, we strive to ensure our customers feel satisfied and think, "Buying used is actually a great choice." To achieve this, we spent two hours cleaning a task that would typically take only 30 minutes.

 

 

 

그래서 이렇게 중고지만 깨끗한데??하는 제품으로 받아보실 수 있게 준비를 했습니다. 물론 사진이여서 더 깔끔해 보이긴 합니다 ㅎㅎ 기계를 실제로 자세히~~~~ 보면 구석구석 오염도 있고~ 지저분한 부분도 있습니다. 그래도 저희가 최대한의 노력으로 맞춰서 보내드린다는 점!! 꼭 알아주시면 감사하겠습니다.

 

We have prepared this product so that you can receive it and think, "It’s used, but it's this clean?" Of course, it looks even cleaner in the photos (haha). If you look at the machine very closely in person, there are some stains and messy spots here and there. However, I would truly appreciate it if you could recognize that we put in our maximum effort to prepare it for you before shipping!

새 테이블과 무소음 서보 모터로 조립을 해드렸습니다. 간혹가다 정말 저렴한! 무조건 저렴한! 제일 싸게! 미싱만 되면 된다! 하시는 분들 한해서는 중고로 조립, 크러치 모터도 해드리긴 하는데 저희는 웬만하면 가격을 최대한 맞춰서 새 테이블에 무소음 서보모터로 해드리려 합니다. 중고를 사시더라도 "나 잘샀네^^" 하는 마음이 들게끔 해드리고 싶거든요 ㅎㅎ

 

We assembled it with a new table and a silent servo motor. Occasionally, for those who want something at the absolute lowest price or just need the machine to function, we do assemble them with used tables and clutch motors. However, we generally try to fit the budget while providing a new table and a silent servo motor. Even when buying used, we want our customers to feel like they made a great purchase!

 

 

 

 

 

포스팅을 하면서 찍은 사진을 보니 정말 열심히 닦았다는 생각이 드네요. 힘들었습니다......... 미싱 닦아 보신 분들은 아시겠지만 키보드를 치는 이 순간도 손꾸락이 아프네요 ㅠㅠ

 

Looking at the photos taken during the post, I can really see how hard I worked on cleaning it. It was exhausting... For those who have experience cleaning sewing machines, you'll know exactly what I mean—even as I type this, my fingers are still aching.

After sending the message and speaking on the phone, the client was very pleased with how beautiful the results looked in the photos and videos. It always makes me feel great to hear that a customer is happy upon receiving the machine, and even more so when they tell me they are still using it well after some time has passed.
